John F. Belcher of Jolly


John F. Belcher, 65, of Jolly, passed away on Saturday, Feb. 28, 2015.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m., Wednesday, March 4, 2015 in the Davis Funeral Home Chapel in Henrietta with Mr. Clay Belcher and Mr. Jack Stevens officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Davis Funeral Home of Henrietta.

Mr. Belcher was born Feb. 10, 1950 in Wichita Falls to Robert Joe and Janis Kaye (Collier) Belcher. He was a welder and was known by his grandchildren as “Cowboy Grandpa”.

He is preceded in death by his father Robert Belcher and his step-father Frank Herring.

Survivors include two sons, Bob Belcher and wife Valerie of Wichita Falls, and John L. Belcher and wife Angela of Henrietta; one daughter, Jeri Glassner and husband Michael of The Colony; one brother, Clay Belcher and wife Kathy of Hermleigh, Texas; one sister, Kathy Dickerson and husband Mike of Wichita Falls; and three grandchildren.
