Jake McCrary, 89, of Dean, passed away on Saturday, Jan. 17, 2015.

Graveside Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 20 in the Petrolia Cemetery.

Mr. McCrary was born Oct. 29, 1925 in Blue Ridge, Texas, to Jefferson William and Cora Lee (Groves) McCrary. He married Glenna Coupland in Scotts Bluff, Neb., on Jan. 23, 1952. Mr. McCrary served in the U.S. Navy during World War II and was retired from the Wichita Falls Water Department as plant operator.

Survivors include his wife, Glenna McCrary of Dean; one son, Jock McCrary and wife Katrina of Petrolia; one daughter, Judy Jolly and husband Steve of Dennison; four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

The family will be at the Davis Funeral Home on Monday, Jan. 19, from 6:30-8 P.M.
