Grand jury indicts four


Four indictments, including one sealed indictment, were handed down by a Clay County grand jury on Monday, Oct. 20.

Jaron Lance Wallander — Assault/family violence, impeding breath or circulation, a third-degree felony, for a July 15 offense in which he is accused of choking his girlfriend. Bond was set at $25,000.

Christina Lynn Reiss — Possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1, more than 1 gram, less than 4 grams, a third-degree felony, for a May 1 offense in which she is accused of possessing methamphetamine. Bond was set at $5,000.

Augustus David Moller-Simpson — Tampering with or fabricating physical evidence with the intent to impair an investigation, a third-degree felony, for a Jan. 24 offense in which he is accused of attempting to alter, destroy or conceal marijuana. Bond was set at $5,000.
