Joey Peters of Wichita Falls


Joey Peters, 50, of Wichita Falls, passed away on Sunday, Sept. 21, 2014.

Memorial services will be at 10 a.m., Friday, Sept. 26 at the Byers Assembly of God Church with Rev. James Keenum, pastor, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Davis Funeral Home of Henrietta.

Mr. Peters was born March 23, 1964 in Wichita Falls to Charles W. and Theresa (Malone) Peters. He was employed at Howmet and a member of the Texoma Cowboy Church.

He is preceded in death by his father, Charles Peters.

Survivors include his mother, Theresa Peters of Byers; two sons, Charles Scott Peters and Armondo Elizondo, III, both of Wichita Falls; one daughter, Jody Lopes and husband Antonio of Wichita Falls; one brother, Eddie Peters and wife Michelle of Byers; one sister, Cathy Zeiler of Byers; and five grandchildren.
