Daryl McKinley Tucker and Dylan Wayne Satterfield were married at 7 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 2, 2014 at the home of the bride’s parents. Bro. Earl Correll officiated.

The bride is the daughter of Sheila and Lonnie Tucker of Dean and the granddaughter of Mary and Walt Johnston of Wichita Falls and the late Darrold McKinley and the late Hilda Williford.

The groom is the son of Dina and Johnny Satterfield of Wichita Falls and the grandson of Mickey and Linda Walden of Byers.

The outdoor ceremony was featured around a lone mesquite tree and a 1948 8N Ford tractor. The tractor belonged to the grandfather of the bride and was restored by the bride and her father. An arrangement of hydrangeas, roses and sunflowers was placed on the tractor seat in memory of great-grandparents Mitchell and Pauline Walden and Vivian Satterfield.

Presented for marriage by her father, the bride wore an ivory A-line lace covered gown that was adorned with pearls. She carried a bouquet of orange Gerber daisies. Bridesmaids wore orange, ivory and turquoise sun tops with denim shorts and cowboy boots. They carried bouquets of mums, daisies and sunflowers.

Honor attendants for the bride included lifelong friends Courtney Krogstad, Stevi Eastman, Kasey Taylor and Karlea Ritchie, niece of the bride. Standing up for the groom were Kenny Dale, Alex Greene, Lane Choate and Chace Foster.

Avery Satterfield, daughter of the couple, was the flower girl and was assisted by Aubrie Walden, sister of the groom. Sasha Kelton provided wedding photography.

A reception was held following the ceremony hosted by the bride’s parents. The couple will reside in Wichita Falls.

The bride graduated from Petrolia High School and is pursuing a mechanical engineering degree at Midwestern State University. The groom graduated from Byers High School and earned an advanced welding certificate from Vernon College.
