Grand jury indicts seven

A Clay County grand jury handed down seven indictments Monday, July 21. Once indictment is sealed until the defendant is in custody.

Jason Allen Endicott — Possession of a controlled substance (THC), penalty group 2, in an amount of more than 4 grams, less than 400 grams, a second-degree felony, for an Oct. 22 offense. Bond was set at $5,000.

Michael Jamie Ibarra — Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon (knife), a second-degree felony, for a May 19 offense. Bond was set at $25,000.

Thomas Dallas Laing — Possession of a controlled substance (cocaine), penalty group 1, in an amount of more than 1 gram, less than 4 grams, a third-degree felony, for a Dec. 22 offense. Bond was set at $25,000.

Linus Dewon Mouton — Possession of a controlled substance (Codeine), penalty group 4, in an amount of more than 4 grams, less than 400 grams, a first-degree felony, for an Oct. 26 offense. Bond was set at $25,000.

Matthew Foy Wilemon — Possession of marijuana, more than 5 pounds, less than 50 pounds, a third-degree felony, for an Oct. 2 offense. Bond was set at $15,000.

Matthew Foy Wilemon — Possession of a controlled substance (THC), penalty group 2, in an amount of less than 1 gram, a state jail felony, for an Oct. 2 offense. Bond was set at $15,000.
