A portion of South Graham Street (Hwy. 148 South) in Henrietta will be closed part of the week as Burlington Northern Santa Fe crews make repairs on the railroad crossing between Hwy. 287 and Hwy. 82.

The closure will start at 9 a.m. Tuesday, June 3. The crossing will remain closed around the clock until the job is completed. The repair is expected to last at least two days.

The roadway will be closed in both directions only at the crossing. No through traffic will be able to cross. However, local residents will be able to access their property on either side.

A signed detour will be in place to get motorists around the construction. Local residents are highly encouraged to avoid the area if possible.

Poor weather can delay this type of work. The site will be reopened to travel as soon as safely possible.
