Wanda (Brockman) Brown of Henrietta


Wanda (Brockman) Brown, 84, of Henrietta, passed away on Tuesday, May 13, 2014.

Memorial services will be 2 p.m., Wednesday, May 14 at the First United Methodist Church of Henrietta with Rev. Rusty Hedges, pastor, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Davis Funeral Home of Henrietta.

Mrs. Brown was born Sept. 27, 1929 in Wichita Falls to Oscar and Wiletta (Townsend) Dunavin. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. Mrs. Brown was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Henrietta. She married Bill Brown on May 12, 2007 at the First United Methodist Church of Henrietta.

She is preceded in death by her first husband Wayne Brockman.

Survivors include her husband, Bill Brown of Henrietta; two daughters, Tami Womack and husband Keith of Coppell, and Mona Brockman of Carrollton; one son, Mark Brockman of Dallas; one step-son, Rick Brown and his wife Jan of Aurora, Colo.; one step-daughter Debbie Brown of Aurora, Colo.; three grandchildren, two step-grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
