Mike and Cindy Davis of Petrolia are pleased to announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter Shelby Davis to Clinton Hicks, son of Daryl and Michelle Hicks of Wichita Falls.

Shelby is the granddaughter of Toby and Colleen Davis or Petrolia and Barbara Dillard and the late Ronnie Dillard of Petrolia.

Clinton is the grandson of Ronnie and Wanda Hicks of Wichita Falls, and Lynn and Sandy Beavers of Sherman.
