March indictments unsealed

Three indictments issued by a Clay County grand jury Monday, March 17 have been unsealed, and include two felony drug charges stemming from a Dec. 2 offense.

Robert Frederick Vandyke has been indicted for possession of marijuana, more than 5 pounds, less than 50 pounds, a third-degree felony, for a Dec. 2 offense. Bond was set at $10,000.

Willis Ashley Tyler has been indicted for possession of marijuana, more than 5 pounds, less than 50 pounds, a third-degree felony, for a Dec. 2 offense. Bond was set at $10,000.

Ryan Tate Machacek has been indicted for unauthorized use of a vehicle, a state jail felony, for a Feb. 11 offense. Bond was set at $5,000.
