Lillian Addie Cozart White, 94, of Archer County, passed away Sunday, Jan. 12, 2014 in Wichita Falls.

Mrs. White was born Dec. 19, 1919 in Buffalo Springs to Arthur Donohue (Sie) and Cora Belle Holmes Cozart. She attended school in Buffalo Springs and married O.C. White on Sept. 29, 1940. She lived on the Bridwell Ranch with her husband and worked as a cook for the ranch hands. They later moved to Wichita Falls where she worked as a nurse’s aide at the state hospital and as a private duty nurse. She was a member of the First Free Will Baptist Church until it closed.
She is preceded in death by her husband, O.C. White; a brother, Leonard Cozart; and a sister, Lucille Reeder.
Survovirs include her children, Gary White and wife Barbara of League City, and Cerise Wuthrich and husband Glenn of Archer County; a sister, Lora Dixon; 5 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
The family will be at the funeral home Tuesday, Jan. 14 from 6-7 p.m. for visitation.
