Bellevue Elementary students Noah Brown and Gideon Hellinger earned the Exemplary Eagle awards for the second six weeks grading period, while fifth grade teacher Mrs. Kathy Tyson earned the Shark award.

Exemplary Eagle awards goe to elementary students who show character traits such as integrity, punctuality, honor, diligence, etc., and is nominated by teachers, fellow classmates, or parents.  Kindergarten-Second grade award goes Noah Brown earned the Kindergarten thorugh second grade award, while Gideon Hellinger won the third through fifth grade award.

The Shark award goes to a junior high or high school student or staff member who shows all character traits rolled into one leadership personality of the “Shark.”  This individual is a leader among his or her peers.
