Lady Cats defeat Tigerettes in four sets to remain unbeaten

Henrietta’s varsity Lady Cats earned a four-set win over Jacksboro Saturday — 25-19, 25-11, 23-25, 25-9 — to remain undefeated in district play.

Anni Scholl led the squad with 14 kills, nine digs, and four assisted blocks, followed by Joyana Zamzow with 10 kills, four aces, 11 digs, one solo block and one assisted block. Taylor Bennett finished with eight kills, six aces, one solo block and three assisted blocks. Addison Wade scored eight kills and had one assisted block. Sierra Burkhart had five kills and two assisted blocks. Katie Halsell put up 25 set assists and scored four aces, while Kenzi Kirk finished with 16 set assists. Cassie Pickett came away with 28 digs, while Kamryn Weaver had two assisted blocks.

The Lady Cats host Holliday Tuesday, and travel to Nocona on Saturday.
