Harold Lee Hager of Bowie


Harold Lee Hager, 64, of Bowie, passed away on Saturday, Oct. 12, 2013, in Bowie.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 13 at the Davis Funeral Home Chapel in Henrietta with Rev. Greg Shaw of Bowie officiating. Burial will be in the Bluegrove Cemetery under the direction of Davis Funeral Home of Henrietta.

Mr. Hager was born July 20, 1949 in Bowie to Herman Clarence and Imogene (McCandles) Hager. He was a truck driver and a member of the Montague Holiness Church.

He is preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Jerry Hager; a sister, Betty Hill; and grandson, Noah.

Survivors include three sons, Robby Hager of Poteet, Mickey Hager and wife Cindy of Okmulgee, Okla., and Billy Williams and wife Tandy of Charlotte; two daughters, Kimberly Bhatti of Fort Worth, and Courtney Munoz and husband Efrin of Hobbs, NM; a daughter-in-law, Bobbie Hager of Bowie; a longtime companion, Bonnie Clark of Montague; three brothers, James Hager and wife Naomi of Bluegrove, H.C. “Junior” Hager and wife Mozelle of Lewisville, and Ray Hager and wife Teri of Henrietta; three sisters, JoAnn Lavy and husband Don of Henrietta, Noretta Rhyne and husband Floyd of Bowie, and Loretta Klein of Allen; 14 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
