Nine Man Board thanks Pioneer Reunion volunteers, supporters

Dear Editor:

The 82nd Annual Clay County Pioneer Reunion and Rodeo was a wonderful celebration this year. The rain and cooler temperatures were just what were needed.

This Reunion was a complete success from the kickoff on Sunday with the Power in Praise Service through Saturday night’s dance.

There are so many people who work year-round in all different capacities to make our celebration a success that it really is a community project. We all appreciate your efforts more than you know. Your money, labor, time, energy, cooperation and caring of the Reunion is valued so much by those of us on the Nine Man Board, and we realize without your help it could not get done.

Once again, thanks to you and all you do. Our hats are off to you!
