1890 Jail Museum to open, historical society to meet

Clay County’s 1890 Jail Museum and Heritage Center will offer guided tours during the 82nd Pioneer Reunion and Rodeo following the float parades on Friday and Saturday.

The theme for this year’s displays is “Songs and Fairy Tales.”

The Clay County Historical Society will host its annual general membership meeting at 1 p.m. Friday, Sept. 20, at the Clay County Farm Bureau building, located just south of the rodeo grounds at 1110 N. Bridge St., Henrietta.
