1095

Wichita Falls police have found a body inside a vehicle parked at Lucy Park Friday morning.

The Times Record News has reported that the vehicle, a green older model Ford Explorer SUV, has tags registered to a Henrietta resident, but Sgt. John Spragins, WFPD spokesman, could not confirm the information.

The person’s identity has not been released. Spragins said the body has been sent to the Tarrant County Medical Examiner to determine cause of death.

Spragins said WFPD crime scene technicians and criminal investigators are on scene.
