It’s time to register float ideas for the 82nd Pioneer Reunion parade

The Pioneer Reunion Parade Committee reminds those wishing to participate in the 82nd Pioneer Reunion and Rodeo float parade to register entries as soon as possible. The deadline to enter a float is noon Friday, Sept. 13th. Pioneer Reunion is set for Sept. 19-21.

“Let’s Sing Along with Children’s Songs” has been selected as the parade theme this year.

Possible ideas include: Alouette, Alphabet Song; Baa, Baa Black Sheep; Bingo was His Name; Brahm’s Lullaby; Farmer in the Dell; Frosty, the Snowman; Here Comes Santa Claus; He’s Got the Whole World in His Hands;  Hey Diddle Diddle;  Home on the Range; I’m a Little Teapot; If You’re Happy and You Know It; It’s a Small World; Itsy Bitsy Spider; Jesus Loves Me; Little Bo Peep; London Bridge; Patty Cake, Patty Cake; Peter Cottontail; Pocahontas;  Pop, Goes the Weasel; Ring Around the Rosie; Rock-a-Bye Baby; Rudolf, the Red Nosed Reindeer; She’ll be Coming Around the Mountain; Three Blind Mice; Turkey in the Straw; You Are My Sunshine; Zippity Do Dah; Row, Row, Row Your Boat.
