Severe Thunderstorm Warning issued for central Clay


A Severe Thunderstorm Warning has been issued for central Clay County is in effect until 6 p.m. tonight.

At 5:09 p.m., meteorologist detected a severe thunderstorm located four miles southwest of Henrietta, moving northeast at 20 miles per hour. Hazards include half-dollar size hale and winds in excess of 50 mph.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect for Clay County until 10 p.m. Thursday, May 30. The Tornado Watch also includes Wichita and Archer counties.
