Olson sexual assault among 11 grand jury indictments; plea accepted

Norman Lee Olson II, 51, of Petrolia, was indicted Monday on one charge of continued sexual assault of a child. Olson remains in jail with bond set at $150,000.

Olson is accused of engaging in sexual contact with a 13-year-old female on multiple occasions over a period of 15 months beginning in October 2011. The Clay County Sheriff’s Office began investigating a report of sexual assault on Jan. 22. Olson fled from law enforcement. He was found camping in a field and arrested by Wichita County deputies on March 15.

Olson’s indictment was one of 11 indictments handed down by a Clay County grand jury. One case was no-billed.

Anthony Centeno-Pagliaro, 21, Tampa, Fla., has been indicted for possession of marijuana more than 4 ounces, less than 5 pounds, a state jail felony, for an April 22 offense. Bennett is out on a $10,000 bond.

James Lee Fuller, Jr., 27, Henrietta, has been indicted for unauthorized use of a vehicle, a state jail felony, for an April 8 offense. Fuller is in jail on $10,000 bond.

Tisha Marie Perez, 41, Henrietta, has been indicted for unauthorized use of a vehicle, a state jail felony, for an April 8 offense. Fuller is in jail on $3,000 bond.

Paul Huyn, 24, Westminster, Calif., has been indicted for possession of marijuana more than 5 pounds, less than 50 pounds, a third degree felony, for a May 8 offense. Huyn is in jail on $50,000 bond.

John Nguyen, 62, Westminster, Calif., has been indicted for possession of marijuana more than 5 pounds, less than 50 pounds, a third degree felony, for a May 8 offense. Nguyen is in jail on $50,000 bond.

Nick Nguyen, 45, Anaheim, Calif., has been indicted for possession of marijuana more than 5 pounds, less than 50 pounds, a third degree felony, for a May 8 offense. Nguyen is in jail on $50,000 bond.

Shane Matthew Kemmerling, age unknown, of Dallas, has been indicted for possession of a controlled substance, penal group 1, less than 1 gram, a state jail felony, for an Aug. 15 offense. Kemmerling is out on a $10,000 bond.

Rodney Eugene Parker, 44, Wichita Falls, has been indicted for driving while intoxicated, third or more offense, a third-degree felony for a March 3 offense. Parker is out on a $10,000 bond.

Curtis Dean Smith, 61, Wichita Falls, has been indicted for driving while intoxicated, third or more offense, a third-degree felony for a Oct. 19 offense. Parker is out on a $7,500 personal recognizance bond.

The 97th District Court also accepted one plea agreement.

Michael Earl Wesley pled guilty to possession of marijuana in an amount of more than 4 ounces and less than 5 pounds for a Dec. 15 offense. Wesley was sentenced to six months in state jail and ordered to pay restitution of $140. He has been credited with 15 days served.
