The 97th District Court accepted plea agreements Monday, April 29 from three defendants.
Elizabeth Coyle Jursa — Possession of marijuana, more than 4 ounces, less than 5 pounds, a state jail felony, for a Jan. 22 offense. Jursa was sentenced to two years community supervision, fined $1,500 and must pay $140 in restitution. She was credited with two days served.
Franklin Mathew Johnson — Driving while intoxicated with a child less than 15 years of age, a state jail felony, for a May 5 offense. Johnson was sentenced to 10 months in state jail and ordered to pay $60 in restitution. He was credited with two days served.
Gregory Kent Baumann — Criminal conspiracy, a third-degree felony, for a Jan. 21, 2011 offense. Baumann was sentenced to seven years probation, fined $2,500 and ordered to pay $140 in restitution. Baumann was credited with 14 days served.
