Indictments include women accused of transporting large amounts of marijuana

A Clay County grand jury handed down indictments Monday, April 15. The indictments include to woman arrested by state troopers for transporting large amounts of marijuana on Hwy. 287.

Greta Marie McAdams, 56, of Kekei, Hawaii, has been indicted on one count of possession of marijuana more than 5 pounds, less than 50 pounds, a third-degree felony, for a March 28 offense. McAdams is out on a $20,000 bond.

Linda Sue Caldwell, 63, of Acata, Calif., has been indicted one charge of possession of marijuana in an amount more than 50 pounds, less than 2,000 pounds, a second-degree felony, for a March 4 offense. Caldwell is out on a $60,000 bond.

Eddie Leonard Bynum, 41, address unknown, has been indicted on one charge of possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1, in am amount of more than 4 grams, less than 200 grams for a Sept. 6 offense. The charge is a second-degree felony. Bynum is out on a $10,000 bond.

Thomas Kristian Gwin, 33, of Henrietta, has been indicted on two charges for a Feb. 13 incident. Gwin was indicted for driving while intoxicated with a child under the age of 15, a state jail felony, and harassment of a public servant, a third-degree felony. Bond was set at $10,000 for each charge.

Kody Michael Watkins, 25, of Vashti, has been indicted for burglary of a habitation, a second-degree felony, for an Aug. 12, 2011 offense. Watkins is out on a $7,500 bond.

Joe Bennett Willis, 60, of Henrietta, has been indicted for driving while intoxicated, third or more offense, for a March 31 incident. The charge is a third-degree felony. Willis is out on a $5,000 bond.

Brian Paul Wilson, age and address unknown, has been indicted for burglary of a building, a state jail felony, for a Dec. 13 offense. Wilson is in the Clay County jail. Bond is set at $30,000.

The grand jury handed down two sealed indictments and one no-bill.
