Doris Marmaduke Green, 99, of Henrietta, passed away on Friday, April 12, 2013.

Graveside services will be at 10 a.m., Monday, April 15, at Hope Cemetery in Henrietta with Rev. Howard Walker, pastor of the First Christian Church of Henrietta, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Davis Funeral Home of Henrietta.

Mrs. Green was born April 7, 1913 in Nocona to George Andrew and Lona (Roden) Marmaduke. She married Carl E. Green on June 21, 1931 in Waurika, Okla. She was a housewife and a member of the First Baptist Church of Dean.

She is preceded in death by husband Carl Green, three brothers and three grandchildren.

Survivors include two daughters, Dicia Brooks of Henrietta and Janelle Reed of Henrietta; one son, Charles Green and wife Louise of Henrietta; one sister, Cynthia Lemon of Nocona; one brother, Herman Marmaduke of Nocona; eight grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and numerous great-great-grandchildren.

Memorials can be made to Henrietta Care Center, 807 W. Bois D’ Arc, Henrietta, Texas 76365; or the Clay County Senior Citizens, 216 N. Hancock, Henrietta, Texas 76365.
