Grand Jury indicts five

A Clay County grand jury handed down five indictments Tuesday, Feb. 19.

Willie Earl Clark, Jr., 34, Wichita Falls, has been indicted on one charge of possession of marijuana more than 4 ounces, less than 5 pounds, a state jail felony, for a Dec. 13 offense. Bond was set at $15,000.

Robert Lee Clark, 39, Dallas, has been indicted on one charge of possession of marijuana more than 4 ounces, less than 5 pounds, a state jail felony, for a Dec. 13 offense. Bond was set at $15,000.

Elizabeth Coyle Jursa, 36, Los Gatos, N.M., has been indicted on one charge of possession of marijuana more than 4 ounces, less than 5 pounds, a state jail felony, for a Jan. 22 offense. Bond was set at $10,000.

Wilfred John Luttmer, Jr., 52, Henrietta, has been indicted on one charge of driving while intoxicated, third offense, a third-degree felony, for a Dec. 31 offense. Bond was set at $10,000.

Sherri Ann Minter, 43, Wichita Falls, has been indicted for theft of a firearm, a state jail felony, for an Oct. 27 offense. Bond was set at $25,000.

The grand jury no-billed one case.
