Bellevue boys earn bye; Henrietta, Midway bi-district set


After closing regular season play with the District 21-A championship and a 30-8 record, Bellevue (30-8) will have a bye in the bi-district round of the Class A boys playoff bracket. The Eagles will open their playoff drive Feb. 21-23 against the winner of the Avenger-Yantis bi-district game.

Midway will face Dodd City for bi-district at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday in Gainesville. The Falcons enter their playoff run with a 21-9 record.

Henrietta, the second place team in District 8-2A, faces Cisco for bi-district. Game time is set for 7 p.m. Tuesday in Graham. Henrietta is 23-7 for the year.
