Grand jury indicts four on various charges


Four men were indicted on various charges by a Clay County grand jury Tuesday, Jan. 22.

Thomas Kristian Gwin has been indicted on one charge of assault of a family member, a second degree felony, for an Oct. 31, 2012 offense. Bond was set at $10,000.

Michael Earl Wesley has been indicted for possession of marijuana more than 4 ounces, less than 5 pounds, a state jail felony, for a Dec. 15, 2012 offense. Bond was set at $15,000.

James Michael Frazier as been indicted on one county of driving while intoxicated, third or more offense, for a Sept. 19, 2012 offense. Frazier was convicted of driving while intoxicated in Robertson County in 1991, and again in Brazos County in 1997. Bond was set at $10,000.

Leonard Barnes has been indicted on one count of possession of a controlled substance, cocaine, penalty group 1, in amount less than 1 gram, a state jail felony, for June 7, 2012 offense. Bond was set at $5,000.
