Nine indicted by Clay Co. grand jury

A Clay County grand jury handed down nine indictments on Monday, Nov. 20.

Trennis DeWayne Alexander, 52, of Henrietta, has been indicted on one charge of driving while intoxicated, third offense, for a July 17 offense. Alexander is in jail on a $5,000 bond.

Michael Earl Arbuckle, 56, of Henrietta, has been indicted on one charge of engaging in organized criminal activity for a Sept. 26 offense. Arbuckle remains in custody on a $15,000 bond.

Pamela Kay Hassell, 52, of Burkburnett, has been indicted on one count of stalking for an Oct. 19 offense. Hassell is out on $10,000 bail.

Stephanie Cardnel Norseworthy, 36, of Little Elm, has been indicted on one count of evading arrest or detention with a vehicle for a Sept. 23 offense. Norseworthy is out on $5,000 bail.

Mitchell Ryan Routon, 37, of Wichita Falls, has been indicted on one charge of engaging in criminal activity for a Sept. 26 offense. Routon remains in custody on a $15,000 bond.

Jared Micahel Stockton, 32, of Dallas, has been indicted on one charge of tampering with physical evidence for a Nov. 4 offense. Stockton is out on $1,250 bail.

Richard Carroll Thames, 55, of Henrietta, has been indicted on one charge of driving while intoxicated, third offense, for a Sept. 22 incident. Thames is out on $10,000 bail.

Travis Patrick Williams, 39, of Henrietta, has been indicted on one charge of evading arrest or detention with a vehicle for an Oct. 15 offense. Williams remains in custody with bond set at $7,500.

David Wayne Wilson, 47, of Henrietta, has been indicted on one count of engaging in organized criminal activity for a Sept. 26 offense. Wilson is in custody with bond set at $15,000.
