Chester Allen May of Ocala, Fla.


Chester Allen May, 57, of Ocala, Fla., passed away on Tuesday, Oct. 23, 2012.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m., Saturday, Oct. 27, at the United Methodist Church of Petrolia with Rev. Al Easterling officiating. Burial will be in the Petrolia Cemetery under the direction of Davis Funeral Home of Henrietta.

Mr. May was born on July 14, 1955 in Waco to Theodore Patrick May and Tommie Inez (Lesley) Crowder. He worked in the construction business as a crane operator.

Survivors include his mother, Tommie Crowder and step-father Tom of Petrolia; two brothers, David and Doyle Collins of Bryan, Texas; one sister, Catherine Blanchard and husband Waldo of Bryan; two step-brothers, Raymond Allen Collins of Graham, and Bert Crowder of Doves, Del.; and two step-sisters, Star Lucera of Albuquerque, N.M., and Mary Freeman of Clovis, N.M.

The family will be at Davis Funeral Home on Friday, Oct. 26 from 6:30-7:30 p.m.
