The 97th District Court accepted plea agreements for various crimes Monday, Sept. 17.
Sarah Elizabeth Skinner – Burglary of a habitation, a second-degree felony, for a June 25 offense. Skinner was sentenced to five years probation and fined $2,500. A second charge against Skinner, burglary of a habitation, was dismissed. See related story.
Jackson Taylor Pennington – Burglary of a habitation, a second-degree felony, for an April 1, 2011 offense. Pennington was sentenced to 10 years in prison, probated for eight years.
Clinton Jerome Cooley – Possession of marijuana, more than 4 ounces, less than 5 pounds, a state jail felony, for a Feb. 4 offense. Cooley was sentenced to five years probation.
Douglas Olsen Bryan – Driving while intoxicated, third or more offense, a third-degree felony, for a Feb. 1 offense. Bryan was sentenced to five year community supervision.
Wesley Ryan Hall – Judgment adjudicating guilt for a Jan. 21, 2010 offense of forgery. Hall plead guilty to forgery on Aug. 16, 2010, but failed to meet his terms of probation. Hall was sentenced to an additional three years community supervision.
