Kiwanis Club donates US flag to Henrietta JH

Bailey Peirce and Kaleb Scroggins, HJH Student Council representatives, Todd Yurcho, student at HJH, and Quana West, junior high principal, display a flag recently donated to the school by the Henrietta Kiwanis Club.

The Kiwanis Club of Henrietta recently donated a new United States flag to Henrietta Junior High.

The U.S. and Texas flags are displayed each school day at the school, and Henrietta Junior High stresses the importance for patriotism as pledges are done daily.

The worn flag that has bee replaced will be retired in a proper manner.

HJH would like to say “thank you” to the Henrietta Kiwanis Club for their continued support of Henrietta schools.
