Lady Cats post third straight victory with Tuesday win in Iowa Park

Posting a third straight win in less than a week, Henrietta’s Lady Cats defeated Iowa Park in four sets Tuesday night.

Iowa Park claimed the first set 27-25, but the Lady Cats rebounded to dominate the next three, 25-12, 25-20, 25-18.

Anni Scholl led the Henrietta squad with 12 kills, 16 digs and four aces, followed by Sierra Burkhart with 11 kills and Taylor Bennett with seven kills and seven aces. Joyana Zamzow scored seven kills and five aces with seven digs. Addison Wade had five kills, followed by Heather hicks with four kills and Cheyenne Barry with three kills. Setters Kailey Kirk and Katie Halsell had 24 and 21 assists, respectively. Annelise Sauer picked up 21 digs.

The Lady Cats compete in the Buckly Up for Lane’s Sake Volleyball Tournament in Nocona on Friday and Saturday.
