Funeral service set for former HHS student Jessica Rogers


Funeral services for Jessica Marie Rogers, 20, of Henrietta, will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 12  at the Henrietta High School gymnasium.

Rogers, who was a student-athlete at Hardin-Simmons University in Abilene, died in a two-vehicle accident on Interstate 20 west of Eastland Thursday morning.

Rogers was a 2010 graduate of Henrietta High School and was a member of the Hardin-Simmons University volleyball team. She was working towards on a Bachelor of Behavioral Science degree with a major in excercise science.

She is the daughter of Doug Rogers of Henrietta, and Benton and Margie Easter of Gun Barrel City.
