Effie Fae Rollins of Henrietta


Effie (Fae) Rollins, 90, of Henrietta, died Monday, July 30, 2012, in Henrietta.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at the Henrietta Cowboy Church in Henrietta with the Rev. Larry Miller, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Hope Cemetery in Henrietta under the direction of Davis Funeral Home of Henrietta.

Mrs. Rollins was born Dec. 16, 1921 to Allen and Georgia (Wilson) Owens in Sulpher, Okla. She was actively involved in the Cowboy Church of Henrietta and was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary VFW Bucky Boyd Post 5401.

She was preceded in death by one brother, Allen (Choc) Owens.

Survivors include two sons Allen McCarley and wife Nicki of Henrietta, and Larry Moser of Henrietta; a daughter, Dottie Heaton and husband Larry of Henrietta; eight grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.

Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Davis Funeral Home.

Memorials can be made to the Henrietta Senior Citizen Center, 216 N. Hancock St., Henrietta, Texas 76365, or the Ladies Auxiliary VFW Bucky Boyd Post 5401.
