Bowie PD: Henrietta man falsified records in theft of plastic pipe

William D. Latham of Henrietta has been charged in the theft of plastic pipe valued at more than $64,000 from a Bowie manufacturer.

According to The Bowie News, Latham, 39, was arrested in connection with stealing three truckloads of pipe from WL Plastics. The company reported the pipe missing on June 18. Latham turned himself in at the Montague County Jail on Monday, June 25 on a warrant for theft between $20,000-$100,000.
