Elwyn Lefevre, 96, of Henrietta, passed away on Friday June 15, 2012 in Wichita Falls.

Funeral services will be at 3 p.m., Monday, June 18 at the First United Methodist Church of Henrietta, with Rev. Chris Dowd, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Hope Cemetery in Henrietta under the direction of Davis Funeral Home of Henrietta.

Mrs. Lefevre was born Dec. 31, 1915 in Halsell to John Arthur and Eva (Dugger) Bragg. She married Wayne Lefevre in 1935 at the Methodist Church of Henrietta. She was a housewife and a member of the First United Methodist Church. Mrs. Lefevre was a founding member and first president of the Junior Delphians Club. She was also a member of the UMW, and the Mary Graham Circle. She was a Pioneer Dutchess for Clay County. She loved to play bridge, garden, read and she loved to sew and design clothes.

Mrs. Lefevre is preceded in death by two brothers, Arthur and John Bragg; and three sisters Ruth Morgan, Mary Mitchell and Eva Foerster.

She is survived by a daughter, Mary Wines and husband Mike of Henrietta; two sons, Larry Lefevre and wife Sandra of Waco, and Jerry Lefevre and wife Jennifer of St. Paul, Minn.; four sisters, Dorothy Sherrington of Houston, Margaret Haney of Austin, Florence Huffhines of Lubbock, and Linda Bonham of Arlington; one brother, Howard Bragg of Delaware; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be Sunday, June 17 from 6-7 p.m. at Davis Funeral Home.
