Norice E. Mosley of Henrietta


Norice E. Mosley, 82, of Henrietta, passed away on Thursday, May 31, in Wichita Falls.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m., Saturday, June 2, at the Henrietta Cowboy Church in Henrietta, with Rev. Rory Mosley, pastor of the Spur First Baptist Church, officiating and Rev. Larry Miller, pastor of the Henrietta Cowboy Church, assisting. Burial will be in the Cowboy Church Cemetery in Henrietta, under the direction of Davis Funeral Home of Henrietta.

Mr. Mosley was born on Nov. 13,1929 in Brownwood to Virgil and Dealva (Baird) Mosley. He served in the U.S. Air Force and married Saundra Norman on Jan. 25, 1953 in Wichita Falls. Mr. Mosley was retired from Ryle Manufacturing where he worked as a machinist for 45 years.

Survivors include wife, Saundra (Norman) Mosley of Henrietta; one son, Brian Mosley and wife Cheryl of Henrietta; two daughters, Cindy Blackwell and husband Paul of Wichita Falls, and Christi Storm and husband Scott of Lakeside City; three sisters, Willa Mae Palmer of Burnett, Martha Ann Dodds and husband Bobby of San Angelo, and Linda Watkins and husband Damon of Levelland; six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to the Cowboy Church at P.O. Box 181, Henrietta, Texas 76365.

The family will be at Davis Funeral Home on Friday evening, June 1, from 6:30 p.m.-7:30 p.m.
