Eight Clay County youth compete in 4-H District Fashion Show

Competing in the district 4-H Fashion Show were Tori Bitner, Korri Franke, Dani Johnson, Maddie Bitner, Savannah Johnson and Colin Kollman.

Eight Clay County 4-H members participated 2012 District 4-H Fashion Show held Saturday, April 14, in Bridgeport.

In the senior division, Colin Kollman placed second in buying specialty.

Jacobi Reynolds was the Cotton Award winner in the intermediate class and placed second in construction specialty. Dani Moore placed second in non-wearable storyboard and fifth in buying specialty.

In the junior division, Tori Bitner placed first in buying dressy, Korri Franke placed second in wearable storyboard and fifth in buying casual, and Maddie Bitner placed fifth in popover skirt-pull on pants. Savannah Johnson entered the clothing and textiles exhibits and received four first place awards in blankets and throws, decorated garments, fabric creations and handmade accessories.
