Ag mechanics, farm business teams advance to state competition

Bellevue’s FFA program is sending two teams to state competition in May.

The Farm Business Management Team won third in area competition and will advance to state. Araya Neyzat was seventh high individual. Members of the team are Tucker Wood, Katie Specht, Kayla Specht and Neyzat.

The Ag Mechanics Team won second in area competition and will also advance to state. Ethan Staley was third high individual, Matthew Belcher was fourth high individual, Brandt Cassetty was sixth high individual and Trace Garrison was 10th high individual.

The Ag Mechanics Team also won first place at the West Texas A&M Invitational.
