Drop Zone TV team looking to reclaim World Championship title

Hal Shaffer is the Host of one of the top rated hunting shows on television, Drop Zone TV on The Outdoor Channel. He and Greg Zipadelli started this show almost 4 years ago.

Drop Zone TV airs Sundays at 11 a.m., Mondays at 8:30 a.m. and Thursdays at 5:30 p.m.

Unlike other shows, Drop Zone TV often includes information about the towns and areas visited by the show.

Schaffer’s life started in Alabama and he is still a diehard Roll Tide fan today. He has worked from pit road of NASCAR to the Microphones of Carolina Outdoors Radio Network.

His passion for the outdoors is second only to his three daughters back in South Carolina.

Schaffer has three Turkey Fest Trophies and is very anxious to regain his title from his friends at Savage Outdoors.

Long time friend and DZ field producer Adam “Corn” Barnes will accompany Schaffer. They work very closely together as a team to call in the wiley Rios of Clay County.

There will be a new face accompanying Shaffer and Barnes this year, none other then DZ personality Bob “Boom-Boom” Pippin.

Pippin is a Successful entrepreneur. As the owner of Charlotte, N.C., Pools and Spas, Pippin is now following his life long passion in the outdoors and has a three-year tenure with the DZ team.
