On behalf of the residents and staff at Henrietta Care Center, we would like to extend our sympathies to the family of Sadie Davis. Sadie lived 101 years, and we are very blessed to have been able to be a part of her life. Our prayers are with the family and friends of Sadie. We hope you find strength in this time of hardship.

March is coming to an end, and April will be here before we know it. Our monthly birthday party is held the last Friday of each month at 3 p.m. You are all welcome to attend the March birthday party on the 30th to celebrate the birthdays of Harell Edwards, Maggie Bowman, Robert Bell and Velma Ashton. We hope to see you this Friday to celebrate our March birthdays!

We are in need of entertainment for our monthly birthday party. We hope someone in the community will be willing to help us celebrate. We enjoy any type of entertainment from music to clowns to singing to any other talent you are comfortable sharing with us. Please give Vickie Whitehead a call at (940) 538-4303 or just stop by and let us know if you are able to do this for our residents. Thank you in advance to anyone who can lend us a helping hand.

We will truly miss Linda Rhoades and Phyllis Polvado coming out to host the party. Your devotion to HCC went far above our expectations. The homemade refreshments you brought for our residents were always delicious, and the residents and staff really loved having you here. May God bless you both and keep you in his care. We will miss you both greatly. Please come by and visit whenever you are in town.

Henrietta Care Center serves 3 delicious and nutritionally balanced meals a day. Our residents enjoy mealtime and the food that they are served. Family members and friends are always welcome to come by and join their loved ones for a meal. The residents enjoy having lunch guests. One resident said, “The food smells delicious, and then you taste it, and it tastes even better than it smells.” We take great pride in our kitchen staff and our ability to provide mouth-watering and wholesome meals. Many of our staff members also enjoy eating meals prepared by Henrietta Care Center.

We hope to see you soon. Have a wonderful week!
