Indictments include possession of meth, burglary of habitation

A Clay County grand jury handed down two indictments for possession of a controlled substance and one for burglary of a habitation Monday, March 19.

Bobby Gene Franklin has been indicted for possession of a controlled substance, a second-degree felony, for a Sept. 11 offense. Franklin is accused of being in possession of methamphetamine in an amount of more than 4 grams, less than 200 grams.

Mark Anthony Houston has been indicted for possession of a controlled substance, a second-degree felony, for an Aug. 22 offense. Houston is accused of being in possession of methamphetamine in an amount of more than 4 grams, less than 200 grams.

Kasey Eldon Rodgers has been indicted for burglary of a habitation, a second-degree felony for a February 23 offense. Rodgers is accused of entering a house without consent and attempting to steal two televisions.
