Frances Florance Fenoglio of Montague


Francis Florence Fenoglio, 93, of Montague, died Tuesday, March 6, 2012, in Nocona.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Saint Williams Catholic Church in Montague with Father Richard Collins officiating. Burial will be in Montague Catholic Cemetery under the direction of Jerry Woods Funeral Home of Nocona.

Mrs. Fenoglio was born Feb. 27, 1919, in Montague to T.T. and Louisa (Vicari) Fenoglio. She married Raymond Anthony Fenoglio in Montague on Jan. 24, 1943. She was a farner and rancher, and a member of Saint William’s Catholic Church in Montague.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Anthony Fenoglio; and two brothers, Jodie Fenoglio and Grady Fenoglio.

Survivors include two sons, Richard Fenoglio of Bellevue and Leon Fenoglio of Bowie; a daughter, Rose Ulbig of Montague; a sister, Maurine Meekins of Nocona; a brother, Sonny Fenoglio of Ringgold; 12 grandchildren; and 29 great-grandchildren.

Rosary will be at 6:30 p.m. Thursday at Jerry Woods Funeral Home in Nocona.
