A Red FLag Warning has been issued by the National Weather Service in Norman, Okla., for Clay County until 6 p.m.
A cold front is expected today, bringing with it winds 20 to 35 miles-per-hour from the north and northwest. Humidity levels are below 20 percent with a high temperature expected to reach 61-72 degrees.
Any fire that develop will spread rapidly. outdoor burning is not recommended.
