Charles Edward Duren of Henrietta


Charles Edward Duren, 67, of Henrietta, died Friday, Feb. 3, 2012.

Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 8, in the chapel of Owens and Brumley Funeral Home, Wichita Falls, with Gil Peters officiating. Burial will be in Crestview Memorial Park under the direction of Owens and Brumley Funeral Home of Wichita Falls.

Mr. Duren was born on Jan. 26, 1945, in Kaymay to Leon and Josephine (Shires) Duren. He served in the U.S. Army and retired from Owens Corning.

He is preceded in death by a brother, Dwayne Duren.

Survivors include sons Greg Duren and wife Lorie of Loving, and Coby Hausler and wife Amber of Henrietta; and six grandchildren.

The family will be at Owens and Brumley Funeral Home from 6-7 p.m. Tuesday.
