It was a clean sweep for the Bearcats Monday night against City View as the seventh grade won 34-24 and the eighth grade won 44-26. The Bearcat Seventh Grade is now 7-1 on the season while the Eighth Grade is now 5-3.
Kandon Bennett led the Bearcat scoring with eight points including several steals. Mason Hanson was one point behind with seven points, Ethan Scholl had six points in the second half and Ben McCreary added five points including a three-pointer. Adam Moore hit his first three-pointer of the season while Chris Offield and Corbin Douthitt each contributed two points. Sterling Headrick hit 50 percent of his free throws. Kevin Morales and Dillon Flowers also played well.

Logan Carter hit a career-high 17 points (11 in the second half) to help lead the Bearcats past City View. Jaylon Curtis also scored in double figures with 11 points (9 coming in the first quarter) Cody Fletcher hit a pair of three-pointers in his eight-point performance along with several steals and rebounds. Ethan Williams had four points for the Bearcats, Skyler Velasquez scored two points and Colum Reese added a free throw.
