Shotgun team membership drive set


The Clay County 4H Shotgun team is having a membership drive at Strategic Realtors/Aunt Pam’s Closet, located at 101 W. Gilbert (southeast corner of the courthouse square), in Henrietta, on the following dates: Saturday, Jan. 14, 10a.m. to noon; Tuesday,  Jan. 17, 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.; and Thursday Jan. 19, 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.
There will be applications available and questions can be answered with the coaches about practices and supplies needed. There are new registration fees for participation in 4-H this year.
The Mandatory safety meetings will be held at a later date once all team members have been signed up. Parents must accompany their child at all times, it is not a drop off program. Information is also available at the Clay County AgriLife Office, located at 210 W. Ikard Ste. B, Henrietta, or by phone at (940) 538-5042.
