
Clay County photographers are eligible for a photo contest sponsored by The Pioneer Sentinel and Clay County Outdoors, a new publication by the Henrietta and Clay County Chamber of Commerce. Winners of the contest will be printed in the magazine, to be published in February.

Clay County Outdoors magazine and The Clay County Pioneer Sentinel are looking for top photographers to represent their communities.
The two publications have teamed up to sponsor an outdoors photography contest. Entries will be available for viewing as The Pioneer Sentinel receives them, and winners will be published in the Clay County Outdoors. Entries submitted may also be used in promoting the magazine or the Henrietta and Clay County Chamber of Commerce.
Clay County Outdoors is a new publication by the Henrietta and Clay County Chamber of Commerce designed to promote the county’s resources. The annual magazine is scheduled for publication in February.
Winners will be chosen by readers of The Pioneer Sentinel from two general categories, adult and youth (ages 15 and under).
Photographers need to act fast. The deadline to submit entries is Dec. 31. Voting will begin via an online poll Jan. 1-6.
Photos can be submitted to The Pioneer Sentinel by e-mail at publisher@pioneer-sentinel.com, or, if sending prints, by mail to P.O. Box 70, Henrietta, Texas 76365.
Entries are limited to three per person, and must portray Clay County in the outdoors. Acceptable subjects include landscapes, wildlife, hunting scenes, ranch scenes and environment.
