A Clay County grand jury handed down four indictments Monday, all involving drugs or alcohol. One indictment is sealed.
Tonya I. Parker was indicted for driving while intoxicated with a child under the age of 15, for a Sept. 26 incident. The charge is a state jail felony.
Michael Lorenzo Phillips was indicted for possession of marijuana in an amount of more than 4 ounces, but less than five pounds, a state jail felony, for an Oct. 18 incident.
