Charles Ridinger of Dean


Charles William Ridinger, 72, of Dean, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 15, 2011.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 17, in the chapel of Owens and Brumley Funeral Home with Rev. Brandon Dunn, of the Western Heritage Christian Church in Charlie, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Owens and Brumley Funeral Home of Wichita Falls.

Mr. Ridinger was born to Bill and Lenora (Bachman) Ridinger on Nov. 24, 1938, in Dean. He married Jackie Jackson April 16, 1965, in Henrietta. He worked for Dowell Tool Plant and later retired from Magic Aire as a foundry worker.

He is survived by his wife, Jackie Ridinger, of Dean; three daughters, Debbie Ridinger and husband Mike Weakley of Archer City, Darla Vieth and husband Brian of Scotland and Billie Ridinger and husband Todd Harris of Dean; eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild; a sister, Helen Fancher and husband Jack of Dallas; and a special friend, Kay Noll.
