Mikayla Graham of Bluegrove was the youth class winner at the Ranch Cutting Horse Association National Finals in Fort Worth Oct. 22. The RCHA finals are held during the Red Steagall Cowboy Gathering and Ranch Rodeo. Mikayla is the 13-year-old daughter of Scott and Lisa Graham. She is an eighth grader at Midway School.
